We support older people and people with dementia in our residential homes, either as a permanent new home or for short respite breaks.
Our approach is entirely built around the people we support and we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Everyone we support is different, so we take the time to get to know them and create a bespoke support plan and personalise everything, even down to how they like their morning routine.
Because after all, a home should feel like home.

Supporting people to live their best lives
Moving into a residential home should, wherever possible, be a positive choice. We know it can be daunting, so we do everything we can put people at ease.
We encourage people to keep enjoying their lives to the fullest, personalise their spaces, and be active in the community. We involve everyone in decisions in their home, from the colour of the walls to the flowers in the garden. We respect individuality. We celebrate life histories and we support people in doing what they enjoy.

We Change Lives is a charity organisation, meaning all income is put back into delivering the highest quality service possible. Being a not-for-profit also means we are able keep the cost to you at the very lowest it can possibly be – well below the average cost of other residential care homes.
